| Payment |

- We accept payments via PayPal or Nochex payment on a credit or debit card.
- Items purchased will always be sent to the billing address or address you have on file via PayPal or the Billing address you enter on Nochex, this is to prevent fraudulent activity.

| Shipping |

- If you require shipping to a remote postal area ie. Northern Scotland, Western Isles, Hebrides, etc, Please contact us as there will be extra shipping costs involved.
- OVERSEAS ORDERS: We are happy to mail overseas, please contact us for international shipping costs.
- All Gemzdesignz products are securely packed in a pink mailing bag for posting.
- Goods are dispatched within 3-4 days where possible Monday - Friday (excluding public holidays. If there are any problems I will communicate via email. A confirmation e-mail will be sent to you once your item(s) have been shipped.Unless you have ordered a custom made product and we do say 28days afrter cleared payment.

| Terms of Sale |

- We have a 'no quibble' 7 day refund and exchange policy unless it is a custom order that has been made specifically in this case only if the item is faulty will a credit note be given and the product must be sent back for us to inspect before any refund or credit note is issued.
- We have the right to refuse a refund or exchange if we suspect your item(s) has been used and not in original packaging.
- Refund does not include Postage and Packaging costs.
- Please note P&P includes packaging material, postal cost and administration costs.
- Please note that we cannot accept responsibility if a customer returns a package and we do not receive it. Therefore, we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service. We do not refund postage and packaging as these are direct costs.
